On September 20, 2026, we will run 16.1 kilometers in the Dam tot Damloop to raise funds for Moya Foundation. Moya supports children and families in the South African communities of Kayamandi and Klapmuts through after-school care, education, nutritious food, nature-based learning and creative programmes.
Moya Foundation already runs a small aftercare and nature-based learning centre in Klapmuts, where currently around 30 children can be accommodated.
Our goal is to help build the Moya Hub: a safe, welcoming place where children can do homework, dance, make art, read, eat a proper meal, and simply belong.
The Moya Hub isn’t just a building. It’s what becomes possible when children have space, stability and people who show up for them, consistently.
